Level 1 – This is a half day course ideal for all employees, providing a basic awareness of mental health in the workplace.
Level 2 – Alongside the above, attendees will learn more about how people are affected by mental health and understand how to deal with situations.
Level 3 – More Suited to managers and those responsible for supporting those suffering from mental health issues within the workplace. Additional to the level 2 course this covers the HSE guidelines and assessment procedures concerning mental health in the workplace.

Blended reduces the time spent in a classroom by making a part of your course online. You can complete the online part in your own time and a location that is comfortable and convenient. Once you have completed this part you can then contact us to finish off the rest as a classroom course.
